Our networks are a strong combination of two powerhouse networks: PPO Next, Beechstreet.  Together, these two PPO companies already have over 10 million members nationwide.

 You will show your doctors office your membership card.  They will call the toll free number displayed on your membership card and within 60 seconds your eligibility will be instantly confirmed.  They will also be told the discounted rate that you will pay. The Doctor's office will then receive a fax with the "Explanation Of Benefits", also known as an "EOB". The "EOB" will show the amount(s) charged and the discounted amount you are going to pay. This is the negotiated rate... the same rate Insurance companies have been paying Doctors for decades!

 For scheduled surgery you must pay ahead of time or arrange a payment plan.  You must file a pre-certification   form with your doctor, within 72 hours of your scheduled surgery.  Emergencies work the same way the regular doctors office visits work, make sure you doctor fills out the pre-certification form within 24 hours of leaving the hospital.
